The room is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us in good time in case of arrival after 7 p.m. Late check-out only by prior arrangement and at extra charge.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are disappointing for everyone. We would nevertheless like to ask you for your understanding, as cancellations represent a major loss of business for us.
If you have a Covid certificate, we will find a solution - please call us.
Otherwise, the following applies:
In case of cancellation
- up to 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, there are no cancellation charges
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the value of the booked holiday
- 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, we charge 60% of the value of the booked holiday
- 7 to 2 days prior to scheduled arrival, we charge 70% of the value of the booked holiday
- 1 day prior to scheduled arrival, we charge 100% of the value of the booked holiday
- in case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we charge 100% of the unused amount.
Cancellations cause us considerable inconvenience. We count on your understanding.
Children's rates
Children sleeping in the extra bed or sofa bed in their parents' room with 2 full-rate guests are entitled to particularly favourable rates:
- 0 - 2.99 years: 100% discount without cot (€ 12.00 with cot)
- 3 - 5.99 years: 70% discount
- 6 - 9.99 years: 60% discount
- 10 - 13.99 years: 40% discount
- from 14 years: 20% discount
If you book at least 7 overnight stays, we reserve a 60% discount for children up to 13 years of age!
Family Weeks from 05 June to 15 July 2023
Your child (up to 14 years) can stay in a double room on an additional bed during stays of at least 7 days for free.
(Valid for weekly bookings with 2 fully paying adults)
Deposit
Reservations are only valid and binding following written confirmation and the required bank transfer as a deposit. The deposit can be paid to our bank account or conveniently online using Virtual Pos.

Desired rooms and tables
We will gladly take your preferences for specific rooms and tables into consideration if possible and subject to availability; however, we cannot promise you anything. We can only promise you a specific room (e.g. theme room) in the case of a weekly stay with arrival on a Saturday or Sunday.
Dogs
Our hotel has 2 rooms in which dogs are allowed. The daily rate is €10.00 (without food). Please bring a basket with you. Please note that we only accept small dogs and that they are not allowed in the restaurant and on the roof terrace. We count on your understanding.

Flexible rates, perfect for early birds
Our rates are based on the room category and the occupancy situation at the time of consultation. In the event of few vacant rooms, rates increase. Conversely, in the case of many vacant rooms, rates are more advantageous. Thanks to this flexible rate model, we reward early bookers. So now it is time for you to book!
Half-board
The surcharge for the half-board menu is €33.00 per person and day.
You can also choose your à la carte menu and eat in our restaurant-pizzeria.

Parking and underground garage
You can park your car and motorbike free of charge in our private underground garage (max. 9 spaces) or in the car park opposite (collect your chip card at reception).

Single room surcharge
In case of occupancy of a double room for single use, we charge a surcharge of €15.00 to 30.00 depending on the type of room.
Smart savings
For all bookings of at least 7 nights fixed at least 3 months in advance, we reserve a 2% early booking discount + 2% discount when paying in cash!
Smoking ban
Smoking is prohibited in our rooms. You can smoke in the garden or on the balcony.

Special offers cannot be combined with other ongoing offers.
Shuttle
We stand for green mobility, so we will gladly pick you up from the Ora train station free of charge, while we charge €25.00 for the transfer from the Bolzano train station. Alternatively, we recommend the Südtirol Transfer shuttle service, which takes you directly to us from all train and bus stations.
Tourist tax
The indicated rates are per day and per person, including breakfast. The tourist tax of €2.50 per day for guests from 14 years of age is not included.
